Email - Send/Receive Monitored Test

The Email - Send/Receive Monitored Test checks if a test email can be successfully sent and retrieved from your email server. This test is performed from all 10 independent monitoring locations on the specified Run Every period against the specified URL. Only Uptime is calculated as a result of this test.

Technically, this test is sending an email to the specified To Address via the specified SMTP Server, waiting the specified Check Delay, and then retrieving the email from the specified POP3/IMAP server.
