Network - Ping Monitored Test

The Network - Ping Monitored Test checks if your server is reachable on the network. This test is performed from all 10 independent monitoring locations on the specified Run Every period against the specified Host. Both Uptime and Latency are calculated from the result of this test.

Technically, this test will fail if both an ICMP ECHO fails and a connection to port 7 (Echo) fails.
