• Under no circumstances are we responsible for any liabilities or damages resulting from the use of our service or the failure of our service to perform in some way.

• If you are not 100% satisfied with Trendics services during the first 30 days of your initial upgrade to our Pro Edition, we'll issue a 100% refund to your credit card within 1 business day of your refund request (no questions asked).
• To be eligible, you must submit an email with subject Satisfaction Guarantee Refund to within the first 30 days of your initial upgrade to our Pro Edition.
• Under no circumstances are we responsible for any liabilities or damages resulting from the use of our service or the failure of our service to perform in some way.
